Introduction.
Creditdiscovery respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Creditdiscovery's Web site.

Part I. Information Collection.
Creditdiscovery collects information through our Web site at several different points. We collect the following information about primary visitors:
  • Social Security Number
  • Credit Card Information
  • Personal Addresses
  • Drivers License Number
We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information:
  • Time & length of visit
  • Resources accessed
  • Number of Visits
  • Errors generated by site
  • Browser type & version
We verify the accuracy of this information by querying credit repositories (Equifax, Experian, & TransUnion). We collect this information through registration forms and automatic logging files. The personally identifiable information is collected voluntarily through the various registration forms used with our products. General data as described above is collected through automatic logging features found on all web servers. Our credit related products and services are sensitive in nature and regulated by federal law. To receive our products and services, all personal information collected or requested on this site is mandatory. We employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Creditdiscovery to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by Creditdiscovery will be used for:
  • Communication
  • Credit Reporting Transactions
  • Financial Transactions
  • Authentication
Users who provide information will receive email communications regarding changes and additions to Creditdiscovery's services and products. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will also supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources such as credit history to authorize purchases. There is an important distinction between information you give to us as a customer, and information you provide for credit reporting transactions. Credit transaction information supplied by you (our direct customer) or by your customer is used for credit reporting transactions only. Creditdiscovery will only store credit transaction data for a period of 30 days. After 30 days, transaction data collected from users and credit repositories will be deleted. We share data with the following third parties:
  1. Credit Repositories
    • Equifax
    • TransUnion
  2. Financial Transaction Processing
    • Novatel
    • Verisign
As mentioned previously, data shared with credit repositories is used for delivery of Creditdiscovery's services. Credit card and financial information is sent to Verisign & Novatel to facilitate payment for Creditdiscovery's services. In cases where we offer external links to other websites not controlled by Creditdiscovery, please read their privacy policies. These external site's standards may differ from ours. Creditdiscovery will continue to grow and evolve its products and services. If our policy on information collection and uses changes, we will advise you by email, post it on our website , or publish it in our news letter 15 days before the changes are implemented.

Part III. Access to Information.
Creditdiscovery maintains the accuracy of our information by running your credit. Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by viewing their personal accounts page. Users may delete their information from our database by requesting a termination of services. A 30-day notice of termination can be sent to corporate@creditdiscovery.com. Your information will then be deleted on the 30th day if all previous financial obligations between you and Creditdiscovery have been met.

Part V. Data Storage and Security.
Creditdiscovery protects user information by using the industry standard's best practices such as utilization of a Firewall and SSL encryption. We only display the last 5 digits of your credit card numbers when implanting a transaction or displaying your personal account information. Of course we send the entire credit card number to our payment processing center via 128bit secure connection. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access of your password and your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
